Wing Shack to pop up in Clerkenwell

Having first opened in Loughton in 2018, Wing Shack is set to open its debut London pop-up site. Wing Shack Clerkenwell is set to open its doors on 7 February.

The new slick London set-up boasts 30 covers with the same flying menu from the Loughton mothership, which has massive cult following from the loyal locals as well as British rapper Big Narstie and British Olympian Lawrence Okolie.

Featuring the brand's classic signatures from Changs Honey & Sesame to Jarvis Tangy Buffalo wings and boneless chicken fillets covered in southern rub complete with various bespoke homemade dips (choose from Smokey BBQ to signature Blue Cheese dips!). And for those hankering after vegetarian options, the Edgy Veggie burger with charred halloumi; soy marinated mushroom, tomato relish topped off with hummus is available as delicious alternative.

Wing lovers who want to take on a challenge are welcome to try out the famous Inferno Wings; crispy fried wings coated with house spicy sauce that pack more than just a punch.

Not one to ruffle any feathers, Wing Shack will also serve sweet offerings to round up the experience with the amazing 'Larry’s cheese cake', alongside homemade fruit punch from a secret house recipe.

Set within the foodie destination of Clerkenwell, the new location will bring a dash of Loughton exaltation to London with industrial styling, ample wood, steel and brickwork. Wing Shack will be serving their finest wings on Sunday to Thursday (noon to 10pm) and Friday to Saturday (noon to 11pm).
