Loungers is set to launch Lago Lounge cafe-bar on 19 February in Rushden Lakes shopping complex in Northamptonshire, offering an all-day menu.
The menus, which include a gluten-free and vegan menu, serves up brunch dishes like Chorizo & Feta Shakshuka - two poached eggs in a lightly spiced Mediterranean tomato & red pepper sauce, topped with pan-fried chorizo and feta, served with toasted ciabatta, and Triple-Stacked Buttermilk Pancakes with greek yoghurt, berry compote and banana.
For mains, there's Hot Smoked Salmon Fishcake served with a poached egg, hollandaise, wild rocket and fries, and Mexican Superbowl - black beans, guacamole, roasted sweet potato with pomegranate molasses, lime & coriander rice, wild rocket and tomato & chilli salsa.
For drinks, there's everything from coffee and herbal teas to juices, smoothies and milkshakes to fine wines and cocktails.
Diners of all ages can enjoy board games, and the dog friendly chain also offers refreshments for its canine guests.
Rushden Lakes opened in 2017 and work on further retail and leisure units is continuing including a Cineworld cinema, which opened in 2019.
