Brindisa opening Tramontana Brindisa in Shoreditch

The Tapas Brindisa group, already behind some of the most successful Spanish restaurants in town, are about to add a fourth restaurant to their staple. Tramontana Brindisa will open in Shoreditch in August, taking over the site where Saf used to be.

Tramontana Brindisa will focus on the Spanish Mediterranean - which covers northern Catalonia to Almeria and the Balearic Islands. So that means lots of fresh fish and Mediterranean fruit and vegetables. Typical ingredients from these areas will be the focus of the menu, such as anchovies, rice, artichokes, almonds and saffron while rice and pasta will be a Tramontana Brindisa speciality. There will also be plenty of cured fish and meat on the menu.
