TGI Fridays is now giving fans that ‘Fridays Feeling’ ahead of the first May bank holiday with a brand-new Click & Collect service and a specially tailored menu.
The new ordering system has just launched and allows guests to order their food and pay for it online then collect it from outside their nearest restaurant, where safety is a priority and social distancing measures are fully in place.
The menu is made up of 22 Fridays favourite dishes, covering a range of appetisers, mains, desserts and kids’ options are available to Click & Collect from the 24 selected restaurants.
Dishes include Lightly Spiced Shrimp, Mozzarella Dippers and Hot Wings for starters, Fridays Double Glazed Burger, Fridays Vegan Burger and Ultimate Ribs for mains, with sides of Cajun Spiced Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries. For sweet treats there's Brownies and Triple-layered chocolate cake.
There are also children's dishes like Hot Dog and Chicken Tenders, and soda drinks.
When completing their order on www.tgifridays.co.uk guests are able to choose a collection slot between 12pm - 9pm, and at this point will be advised on how to collect their food safely.
CEO Robert B Cook said ahead of the launch, “We can’t wait to re-fire the grills in preparation for the launch of our new Click & Collect service in 24 selected locations. These initial sites have been chosen as we either own and can control the car park or the landlord has given us dedicated access.
'We will also be restoring delivery services at the same locations via Just Eat and Deliveroo, as applicable. We will continue to monitor UK Government advice but after an initial trial we aim to extend the rollout as soon as it is safe to do so.”
