Arc Inspirations reports bookings surge ahead of reopening

Ahead of reopening its bars this weekend, premium bar operator Arc Inspirations has reported the majority of its sites are fully booked.

Arc operates 17 premium bar brands across the North of England, including Banyan Bar & Kitchen, Box (pictured) and Manahatta – with all sites set to reopen on 4 July in line with the Government guidance in place for the hospitality sector.

Since opening for booking on 19 June, the company has reported thousands of enquiries from guests looking to come back and enjoy the memorable Arc experience.

Both this coming Saturday and the following Saturday (11 July) are currently fully booked across 10 sites including Banyan Leeds, Manahatta Merrion Street, Manahatta Greek Street, Box Leeds, Manahatta & Box Headingley, Banyan Roundhay, Banyan Horsforth, Banyan Harrogate, The Pit Chapel Allerton and Manahatta Deansgate.

Arc Inspirations CEO Martin Wolstencroft, said, “It’s no understatement to say that the last few months have been challenging and we’ve been eagerly anticipating the moment we can open our doors after our enforced lockdown. The team are set and ready to welcome back our guests in a safe environment while providing the top-quality hospitality they are accustomed to.

“Arc has launched a Customer Charter that outlines how all our sites will comply with measures aiming to ensure the safety of our guests and our teams. We’ve invested heavily across our estate and have installed perspex between booths and at the bar and will be limiting the number of people in each venue at any one time.

'We’re encouraging contactless payment and customers will also be able to order and pay from mobile phones and have the orders delivered directly to the table.'

Wolstencroft concluded, “We’re thrilled at these booking numbers which are a reflection of the reputation we’ve worked hard to achieve over the past 20 years running bars. We know that this is the first step back on the road to recovery but confident that the business will bounce back better than ever.”
