Chef Adam Handling has created four exceptional new packages to add to his nationwide HAME home delivery service, following an incredibly successful launch during lockdown that saw approximately 4,000 dishes sold.
In a departure from the previous HAME menu, which consisted of dishes designed specifically for home cooking, the brand new offerings now include signature dishes such as the legendary ‘Lobster Wagyu’ that previously were exclusively available only when eating in Frog by Adam Handling, providing a true taste of the restaurant from the comfort of your own home.
Alongside an updated à la carte offering, the four new menus are:
Sunday Lunch Menu - £130 for 2 people
Dine in Style - £200 for 2 people
Dine in Style (vegetarian) - £110 for 2 people
Who are you trying to impress? - £305 for 2 people
All packages come with Handling’s signature ‘Chicken Butter’ (or ‘Onion Butter’ in the vegetarian package), and starters spanning the breadth of guests’ favourite dishes, such as Cheese Doughnuts, Mother, and Wagyu & Caviar tartare.
Main courses feature the likes of Whole truffle-stuffed roast chicken, mash & Caesar salad, Mushroom agnolotti, parsley & garlic, and Handling’s personal favourite, Lobster Wagyu.
The à la carte menu continues, so customers can make their own selection of dishes too.
All four menu packages can be doubled up to feed four people. You can also order a selection of classic cocktails prepared by the team at Eve Bar, alongside matched wines, to complete your perfect at-home restaurant experience.
Handling said, ‘Given the government’s recent announcement of another lockdown, I wanted to shake up the HAME offering by giving guests their favourite dishes, even if they can’t come and visit us right now. This is the closest I can possibly get to creating an authentic Frog by Adam Handling restaurant experience in your own home.’
All HAME orders come fully prepared by Handling and his team, ready for cooking and plating at home, with recipes and full step-by-step video instructions filmed by the chef himself.
HAME deliveries are currently available on Fridays and will also be available on Wednesdays from 11 November onwards. All orders must be placed by midnight Monday the week of delivery through the HAME website.
Delivery is nationwide throughout the UK. Orders can also be collected from the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as Wednesdays from 11 November onwards.
