Eataly has confirmed that the fourth and final restaurant at the Italian food emporium, Terra, will launch this autumn.
Offering an elevated dining experience,Terra will focus on letting seasonal ingredients shine through the most ancient and simple cooking technique, over fire.
The striking wood-fired grill, hand-built by craftsmen in Galicia, is visible to customers from the dining room making it a focal point of the space.
The menu covers all from antipasti, a small selection of pasta & risotti, and griglia – the heart of Terra, where a market selection of fish, meat and vegetables will be cooked expertly at the wood-fired grill.
High-quality produce and cooking alongside the UK’s largest selection of Italian wines and spirits - offering over 2,000 labels from its neighbouring wine shop Il Vino - are to be savoured in beautiful surroundings, for a relaxed and convivial dining experience.
