BrewDog opens latest bar in Bath today

Independent Scottish craft brewer BrewDog has just opened its newest UK bar today, in the centre of the historic spa town of Bath.

BrewDog Bath brings a trailblazing range of craft beer, good food and great times to the people of a city that has been a destination since the Romans. Perfectly sited for exploring the city, BrewDog Bath is located in the Southgate Centre, just a two-minute walk from Bath Spa station.

Since its inception, BrewDog has remained at the forefront of the craft beer revolution, and to celebrate arriving in Bath, the first 100 people through the door, from 12pm tomorrow, will be in with the chance of winning some incredible prizes, such as year’s supply of beer, gift vouchers and complimentary meals!

The bar will have 28 taps of the freshest craft beer from BrewDog and curated guest breweries from the UK and beyond, with a take-away service available for those wanting their beers ‘to go’. The bar will also serve Hawkes cider, spirits and wine, and coffee from ethical Shoreditch supplier, Grind.

BrewDog Bath will offer the brewer’s legendary menu of loaded burgers, buffalo wings and salads, including their iconic buttermilk fried chicken burger, ‘Cluck Norris’. Also available will be a weekend brunch menu, Vegan Mondays with a 2-4-1 offer on veggie mains, and the infamous all-you-can-eat ‘Wings Wednesday’.

For those looking to take a deeper dive into the world of craft beer, BrewDog Bath will be running ‘Beer School’ sessions - guided tastings led by Cicerone-trained staff, discovering the flavours and backstories to five beers over a geeky, laid-back couple of hours.

Guy Henderson, centre director at SouthGate Bath, said, “We’re always looking for new brands to bring to Bath city centre and are really excited to welcome BrewDog this summer. With an extensive selection of craft beers as well as a mouth-watering menu, we’re sure the new spot will be a hit with both local visitors and tourists alike.”
