Only Fools and Horses pub to pop up with 1980s prices

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the much-loved TV sitcom, Only Fools and Horses, Del Boy and Rodney Trotter’s local boozer, The Nag's Head, is being recreated.

The exact location is being kept a secret until near the time but it will be in London's Farringdon. Once tickets are confirmed, guests will be given the street name and number.

Taking place on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 September, The Nag's Head will be open 12 – 9pm, for a 45 minute bookable table.

Lovingly recreated as a replica of the original Nags Head (even down to the ashtrays), fans and would-be Del Boys will be able to live out some of their favourite memorable moments from the pub, the local haunt for Del, Rodney, Grandad, Uncle Albert, Trigger, Boycie and the rest of the show’s characters.

Patrons of the Nags Head will be able to purchase a drink for 83p for a pint or 80’s classics; Crème de la Menthe or Britvic Orange – all washed down with a selection of classic bar snacks from the era including pork scratchings, scampi fries and cheeselets.

There'll also be an Only Fools and Horses quiz where fans can be in with a chance of winning a special prize.

The Gold TV channel is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Only Fools and Horses by showing all episodes from the very beginning this September.
