Five-star hotel The Franklin London – Starhotels Collezione has appointed a new director of operations, Francesca Treggia. Having spent over a decade working within luxury hotels, Treggia is well placed to join the team and brings with her a wealth of invaluable experience.
Responsible for the planning, directing and coordinating of the hotel’s day- to-day operations, Francesca’s role is focused on details, quality and excellence in order to ensure an outstanding experience for each and every guest.
Born and raised in Italy, Francesca took on various roles working with tour operators across Europe, before joining the Four Seasons Private Residences Florence Palazzo Tornabuoni in 2012 as a residential services agent.
Francesca swiftly worked her way through the ranks, progressing to supervisor, then services assistant manager before moving to London in 2018. Here, she joined the team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, before being promoted to residence manager and moving to 20 Grosvenor Square Private Residences by Four Seasons.
