Specialist event caterers Jackson Gilmour and The Recipe have joined the list of approved caterers at the Wallace Collection in its first full catering tender since 2000.
Alison Price & Company, Blue Strawberry, By Word of Mouth, Mustard, Peyton Events, Rhubarb Food Design, Rocket Food and Zafferano were all retained. While the following caterers left the list: Admiral Crichton, Create Food & Party Design, Mosimann’s and William Norris & Co.
The museum, which boasts 25 different galleries also houses a number of spaces that are available for hire, including the Courtyard, which can accommodate dinners for up to 160 or drinks receptions for 300. The galleries are suitable for smaller dinners of up to 60 guests or drinks receptions for 150.
