Mindful Chef & Deliciously Ella launch first-ever plant-based recipe partnership


Healthy food brand Mindful Chef has partnered with plant-based food and wellness platform, Deliciously Ella has launched their first-ever plant-based recipe partnership with four exclusive recipes on the menu.

Mindful Chef have seen a growing trend in the demand for plant-based recipes over the past few years, with the number of customers eating plant-based recipes increasing by 400% year-on-year.

A partnership made in plant-based heaven, Mindful Chef and Deliciously Ella hold a shared ethos around a holistic approach to health being the most sustainable and effective in helping you feel better long-term. Alongside this, encouraging people to eat more plant-based meals aligns strongly with Mindful Chef’s sustainability goals.

Inspired by the most-loved recipes on the deliciously ella app, feel better, the partnership offers four limited-edition, vitamin-rich recipes that are filled with delicious plant-based proteins alongside fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Choose from zingy Chermoula Aubergine with Lentils and Broccoli, Miso Mushroom Rice with Tofu & Broccoli as well as warming dishes; Creamy Dahl with Roasted Squash & Green Beans and Golden Bean Stew with Celeriac Fries.

As with all Mindful Chef recipes, these dishes have been developed to nourish from the inside out, using only the highest quality sustainably sourced ingredients that are gluten-free, dairy-free and refined carb-free.

Alongside the 22 plant-based options available across Mindful Chef’s menus every week, the Deliciously Ella specials are appearing on the menu for a limited period until Sunday 24 September.
