Sir Rocco Forte is ccording to the Sunday Times, considering a sale of The Lowry Hotel in Manchester and Balmoral in Edinburgh to raise around £100m, The Rocco Fort Collection owns 11 luxury hotel properties worldwide. The newspaper suggested the company would attempt to sell the two properties whilst retaining a contract to run them as part of a debt restructuring programme
