Thai restaurant group Rosas to open 4th site

Rosa’s, the London-based Thai restaurant group is to open its fourth site in September on Ganton Street, just off Carnaby Street.

Acting as a new flagship site for the group, the new 1,250sq ft restaurant will be overseen by founders Alex and Saiphin Moore and has 80 covers which will include a bar area on the ground floor, a basement area for an additional 31 and an alfresco courtyard seating eight.

The new site has been designed by Gundry & Ducker merging ‘contemporary and kitsch’ and will therefore have a new design and feel, serving a brand new menu. Saiphin’s new menu will include 15 dishes inspired by a recent trip to Bangkok and Hong Kong.

The restaurant will be open from lunch until dinner, with an average spend of £22.50. Take-away and online ordering will also be available.
The three other Rosa's sites are in Spitalfields, Soho, and Westfield Stratford.
