Fourth London site for Iberica

Spanish restaurant group Iberica, who recently announced plans to expand out of the capital, has announced it is close to securing its fourth London site, which will replace the 3,455 sq ft cocktail and oyster bar Redhook in Turnmill Street, Farringdon.

It is thought Iberica will open the site in spring 2014. Redhook however, which is part of the Rushmore Group denies reports that a deal to sell the site is being rushed. Managing director Jonathan Downey tweed that no deal was yet complete and he was still looking at options for Redhook’s future.

Iberica also recently confirmed it would open a new site at Zig Zag building, the first dining destination confirmed for Land Securities' development in London's Victoria Street.
