Pho to open two further London sites ahead of expansion

Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho is to open two new sites in London next year, taking it portfolio to 11 sites.

The new openings, which are part of the company’s expansion plans to grow to five sites over the next year, will be in Chiswick and Battersea. The site at 134 Chiswick High Road will have 50 covers, where the sites at 50-52 Battersea Rise will benefit from 80.

In addition to these two London openings, which are expected to take place in the first quarter of 2014, Pho has also secured a site in the new Birmingham Grand Central development.

Pho, which gained backing from Isis Equity Partners last year and is led by Stephen and Juliette Wall, operates its current UK sites in Clerkenwell, Oxford Circus, Westfield White City, Brighton, Soho, Westfield Stratford, Spitalfields, Islington and Leeds.
