Dominvs Hospitality, the hotel arm of the Dominvs Group, has signed InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) brand Holiday Inn to operate its new 306-bedroom Manchester Hotel which will soon be under construction.
After receiving the green light last month, Dominvs also announced Dexter Moren & Associates as its interior designer and style consultants and McAleer Rushe as its building contractor on the project.
The hotel will also include a restaurant and conference facilities and is expected to be completed within 18 months. It will add £17m to the local economy and will form part of the recently completed 250,000sq ft mixed use Piccadilly Regeneration Project.
