Historic Royal Palaces has added caterers Blue Strawberry, By Word of Mouth and Rhubarb to work across the entire portfolio in a bid to improve the client experience.
The catering firms will supply services across the five venues: Hampton Court Palace, Tower of London, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace and Kew Palace.
The new suppliers join other key caterers on the approved list such as: Seasoned Events, Ampersand, Mosimann's Party Service and Mustard Catering.
Petra Bones, head of Banqueting House functions and events, commented, 'We changed our supplier review to a bi-annual process this year to better support our events teams and our suppliers, and have been delighted by the interest and the end results.'
