London based operator CG Restaurants and Bars has secured its fourth Dirty Martini bar on Lovat Lane, London.
Formally a cocktail bar, Clause, part of Swizzlestick bars, the new Dirty Martini is expected to open next month following a £1m refurbishment.
CG Restaurants CEO, Scott Matthews said, 'The success of our Bishopsgate and West End bars has been significant and we're certain the new site will enhance our presence, profile and profits.'
'We have already identified our next key target areas for growth and plan to add several more units in the future.'
CG Restaurants and Bars is looking to expand its chain to fifteen sites by the end of 2016, with brands including Dirty Martini, Bitter Sweet, Tuttons and Fire & Stone.
