Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking buyers for The Lowry, the 165-bed luxury Manchester hotel, for a second time.
The five-star hotel is expected to be offered for bids over £40m and the sale is expected to help fund Rocce Forte Hotel’s expansion into Europe.
The Lowry opened in 2001 and is now the market leader in Manchester with around 98% of its business being domestic. It has often been ranked as the best UK business hotel outside London.
