Japanese ramen chain, Ippudo has just opened its first UK outlet in London, its 39th location outside of Japan.
Located in Central St. Giles, this 80 seater restaurant offers variations on Hakata-style ramen, which features a tonkotsu pork broth base and side items like pork buns.
There will also be two vegetarian ramens made from a seaweed and mushroom broth that will be topped with noodles, fried tofu, and bean sprouts.
Ippudo London also has an expanded menu including fusion dishes like Japanese-style fish and chips to pair with sake, shochu, and cocktails.
