Big Easy Bar.B.Q & Lobstershack is set to open a new 11,000sq ft site on the top floor roof terrace outlet at Crossrail in London's Canary Wharf in May.
The new eatery will include an oyster and raw bar, an outdoor terrace and an open kitchen with a pit room, which will include three two tonne smokers.
The US restaurant brand opened its second site in Covent Garden last year, after launching its first UK establishment in the King’s Road, Chelsea, in 1991.
