London and Brighton pub operator, Laine Pub Company has reported that sales have increased by 9% in the financial year to the end of June.
The group, which operates 47 outlets, saw total sales reach £27.5m, while EBITDA rose 8% to £3.2m.
During the year, the company completed its transition to a total focus on pubs, exiting its late night venues.
Future plans include the relaunch of The Rose in Honour Oak Park, which has been rebranded as Watson’s General Telegraph and will open in late January,
Also, The Western in Churchill Square was relaunched in November while The World’s End in London Road followed this month.
The company also has a pipeline of potential acquisitions in London in 2016.
Plans are being drawn up to enhance the company’s brewing facilities and craft beer brands, to maximise the potential of Laine’s expanding free-of-tie pub estate.
