The founder of Spanish restaurant group Iberica, Marco Fernandez Pardo is said to be developing a new paella restaurant concept in conjunction with a Michelin-starred chef.
It is thought that the paella concept could be rolled out across multiple sites.
The Iberica group currently operates 6 restaurants with a further 3 planned to open in the new year.
Executive Head Chef Nacho Manzano, who has 3 Michelin stars to his name, creates the ever-evolving, authentic menus for Iberica.
