Latin American-style restaurant group, Las Iguanas is set to open two new outlets next month in London's Bloomsbury and in York.
The 100-seat Bloomsbury venue in Brunswick Square will open on 21 March, and will be housed within the grade II-listed Brunswick Centre.
Following hot on its heels will be the 120-cover York branch on the city’s Back Swinegate, which is set over two floors, and will open on 28 March.
The brand is also to introduce a new spring menu which will feature Ceviche with leche de tigre & sweet potato crisps, Brazilian Moqueca de Piexe curry, and Cuban-inspired glazed ribs. For sweet treats there are Dulce de leche cheesecake, and Churros with cinnamon.
