Caprice Holdings to open new Mayfair restaurant this summer

Caprice Holdings has acquired a prime restaurant site in London's prestigious Mayfair, situated on North Audley Street opposite Roka.

The 6,132sq ft site, which was purchased through lesiure agent Restaurant Property, was formerly Princess Garden, a Pekinese cuisine and dim sum restaurant.

The new 120-cover restaurant is expected to open this summer, and comes with a lease that runs until March 2024.

David Rawlinson, founder and agency director of Restaurant Property, said, 'Sites of this calibre with great prominence don't come often on to the market in Mayfair and we had a highly competitive situation on our hands despite the short lease length.'
