Buzzworks to grow with call for over 40 new chefs across portfolio


Ayrshire’s leading restaurant group, Buzzworks is searching for more than 40 chefs across all levels, as the business continues to grow and expand.

The culinary careers on offer spread across its impressive restaurant brands which include Scotts in Troon, Lido, Elliots in Prestwick and its new restaurant due to open in the summer – The Coach House in Bridge of Weir.

With nine stylish venues throughout west of Scotland, Buzzworks prides itself on being one of the country’s most forward-looking hospitality businesses and is looking for candidates with strong calibre who want to be part of this fast-paced growing business.

The award-winning business - which has been voted one of The Sunday Times best 100 companies to work for in the UK - is looking for chefs who are passionate about good food and want to work with the best.

Jobs include Head Chef, Sous Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, Chefs D’Partie, Commis Chefs and even an Assistant Baker in Buzzworks very own Bakehouse, which supplies each of its venues with fresh cakes, pastries, desserts and breads daily.

Last month Buzzworks announced its plans to expand in the east of Scotland at South Queensferry with the creation of a Scotts restaurant at the riverside, highlighting just one of the exciting new projects that are in the pipeline for the hospitality business.
