Vanilla Black's team will be hosting The London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism's first guest lecture series in the form of a sit-down dinner on Tuesday 3 October.
The Michelin recommended vegetarian restaurant will be laying on the four-course tasting menu at The Pillars Restaurant. University of West London students will be working with Vanilla Black on the day to produce and serve the vegetarian cuisine.
Vanilla Black opened in 2004 and has won plaudits from The Guardian, The Independent and The Observer.
All proceeds from the dinner will go to Cancer Research UK.
