Kalifornia Kitchen brings sustainable, healthy vegan food to Fitzrovia


Plant-based restaurant, Kalifornia Kitchen has opened its door in Percy Street, London W1, and comes from vegan influencer Loui Blake.

Blake is passionate about sharing a delicious, nutritious and sustainable menu, utilising the power of plants and abstaining from any animal products or harmful plastics.

Open for breakfast lunch and dinner, the site kicks off the day with eats like Homemade pink croissants, Cacao, banana & date pot, and Scrambled turmeric tofu on sourdough.

Kalifornia Kitchen's menu serves up Klassic Kalifornia burger, the brand's Moving mountains B12 burger with smoked gouda, crispy onions, romaine lettuce, tomato & special recipe sauce served with smoked paprika & thyme.

Tthere are Jackfruit & guac tacos - pulled jackfruit, avocado, fennel & caper salad, roasted tomatoes in garlic & ginger, pickled red cabbage & aioli. Sides include kombucha slaw and kale

For sweet treats, there's Matcha cheesecake - Raspberry chia jam, matcha, almonds, miso & agave syrup, and Peanut butter blondes.

For drinks, Kalifornia Kitchen serves Cannabidiol (CBD), Turmeric and Matcha lattes, as well as protein-packed smoothies, like Protein pinkie - Quinoa, strawberry, coconut milk, maple syrup, basil, orange & lukuma, and immunity shots.

Blake is also managing director of the UK's largest plant-based restaurant, Erpingham House, and a cnsultant for plant-based businesses, as well as a public speaker and writer on the topic.
