Rapidly expanding restaurant operator, Cosmo has submitted plans to convert a site in Preston into its fourteenth outlet. The group attracts more than 25,000 people a week to its Pan-Asian restaurants, an average of around 2,000 covers a week at each site. The firm opened the largest restaurant in the UK earlier this month in Croydon.
The menu offers authentic recipes from 9 countries: China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Singapore, Vietnam and India. Live Cooking stations feature at many of the restaurants.
