Tomahawk Steakhouse opens first London site

Tomahawk Steakhouse, known for its high-quality steaks, has opened a brand new restaurant in London this December.

The brand has ventured down South following the success of its Northern sites located across Yorkshire – the opening marks its 10th site nationwide and its first site in London.

The move also marks the groups second restaurant opening in a matter of months, with a new site in York successfully launched at the end of August.

Located on Westland Place, Hoxton, the new 88-cover restaurant is set over two floors and is open 9:00am-11:00pm, 7 days a week. It takes up the spot which was previously home to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.

The new venue features the brands trade mark aesthetic, with a glowing bulls head upon entrance, complete with a contemporary interior and beautiful bar, uplifting the urban warehouse style building.

In addition, extra booth seating and table plans have been set up in accordance with government guidelines, to ensure guests can enjoy their experience safely.

Tomahawk is famous for serving the finest, high quality Himalayan Salt Dry-Aged Steaks, as well as its signature pudding, the legendary melting chocolate Tomahawk Bombe dessert.

The company plans for further growth in the new year and is set to explore new locations for the restaurant brand including Stockton Heath, Alderley Edge and Camden.

Howard Eggleston, owner and founder, said, “All of our Tomahawk venues have something special about them and this site in Hoxton really is our little gem.

'We’re extremely excited to bring something to London that has been so successful across the UK and welcome our Tomahawk fans from London, as well as hopefully bring some more into the family!

|These truly are unprecedented times, but we’re confident in our concept and that guests in London will certainly like the great atmosphere, food and experience we offer at Tomahawk.”
