Cosmo reopens Oxford restaurant after 2-year pandemic closure

Cosmo, a chain of 19 buffet restaurants across the UK, has reopened its Oxford branch after being forced to close for two years due to the pandemic.

The restaurant, inspired by five-star hotels, offers a choice of fresh food under the same roof via an all-you-can eat buffet concept with a selection of six international cuisines with more than 150 dishes.

Suzanne Wink, head of operations, exclaimed, “It is fantastic to have re-opened our Oxford branch again and the response has been incredible. We have taken a huge volume of bookings and are enjoying re-engaging with old and new customers.

'We have added some new dishes to our menu and offer exceptional fresh food in an energetic, luxurious environment.”

The brand launched in 2003 in Eastbourne, and the chain currently operates 14 restaurants in England, three in Scotland and one each in Wales and Northern Ireland.

The restaurants include live cooking stations where customers can have food freshly cooked.
