Quaglino’s & Aspinal of London create new cocktail menu

Quaglino’s, the historic and stylish restaurant located in St James’s, has partnered with neighbouring luxury British accessories brand, Aspinal of London, to create a new cocktail menu; London Icons.

The cocktails are inspired by Aspinal of London’s iconic products, such as the Mayfair handbag, and will be available for guests to enjoy when visiting Quaglino’s from now until the end of August.

Combining lifestyle and fashion, the bespoke London Icons cocktail menu is made up of four unique cocktails:
• Bee Aspinal - a sweet concoction of Havana 7 YO Dark Rum, Evangelista Ratafia Liqueur, Finocchietto fennel liqueur, Tio Pepe sherry wine, Aspinal Honey, oat milk and lemon.
• Lottie Love - a delicious mix of Casamigos Reposado Tequila, El Jimador Blanco Tequila infused Pasilla chillies, lime, lemon, egg white and pandan syrup.
• Mayfair Mania - a blend of Johnnie Walker B.L. Scotch, Palo Cortado Sherry, truffle honey cordial, salt and Perrier sparkling water.
• The London - made up of Jensen Old Tom Gin, Akashi Tai Plum Sake, Noilly Prat dry vermouth and Maraschino cherry liqueur.

Aspinal of London is committed to reducing their environmental impact and has set up its own in-house ‘Bee Foundation’, with the honey featuring in the Bee Aspinal and Mayfair Mania cocktails.

The brand is also transporting its honey straight from the HQ beehives in West Sussex to Quaglino’s for its inclusions in the Lemon & crème fraîche, honey, pine nut ice-cream dessert.

An Institution, Quaglino’s first opened in 1929 and remains a prominent restaurant in the West End today. The food menu, created by Head Chef Jack Smith, features contemporary European cuisine, vibrant dishes and seasonal ingredients.

The bar is renowned for its legendary innovative cocktails, which change regularly. Guests can enjoy the London Icons cocktail menu against the backdrop of incredible live music, 7 days a week, in an elegant setting.
