LPM welcomes new Group Executive Chef in time of growth

French brasserie group, LPM Restaurant & Bar has announced a new leading culinary expert to oversee its growing number of outlets around the globe.

Adriano Cattaneo will join as Group Executive Chef, with over 17 years of experience, holding leading chef positions across the globe in many well-known institutions.

Based in Dubai and responsible for the entire culinary program of the LPM group, Chef Adriano’s vision is to stay true to the legendary French-Mediterranean concept, while introducing his expertise and flare.

While LPM’s new appointment will not entail drastic changes to the core menu, guests can expect to find new dishes with a Michelin-starred execution that will seasonally change throughout the year.

New dishes to expect include: King Crab and Tomato Tart, Artichoke Hearts Salad with Truffle Vinaigrette, Homemade Pecorino Tortellini with Truffle, Lemon Tart with Italian Meringue, and many more.

Chef Adriano’s experience includes multiple Michelin-starred restaurants such as Epicure (3 Michelin star restaurant of Le Bristol Paris), Le Meurice, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and Nomicos.

LPM has one UK restaurant in London's Mayfair along with sites in Dubai, Miami, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Limassol in Cyprus.
