Shaftesbury-owned Seven Dials in London WC2 is set to welcome Crudo Cevicheria, London’s first build your-own cevicheria, in March.
The new restaurant, which will be located at 36 Monmouth Street, will feature its distinctive menu that spotlights the classic Peruvian dish, ceviche.
The Monmouth Street location will be Crudo Cevicheria’s fourth, joining existing restaurants in Old Street, Hackney and Fitzrovia.
The 362 sq ft space, spanning two floors with seating for 20 diners, will complement Seven Dials’ unique day-to-night offering with its intimate dine-in format and upstairs seating and bar.
The experimental menu will include ceviche-inspired flavours, including a selection of Para Picar small plates, Ceviches and Tiraditos, along with their four signature ceviche bowls. The Seven Dials site will provide diners with a high-quality dining experience, serving unique dishes made from fresh, premium ingredients in a relaxed, cosy atmosphere.
A range of beverages will be available from the bar, including a selection of signature cocktails such as Pisco Sour, Chilcano, and a Smoky Mezcal Negroni, as well as other alcoholic and soft drinks.

The announcement makes for a strong start to 2023 for Seven Dials, following a reel of F&B activity in the neighbourhood in 2022. Highlights included the openings of brand-new dining concept St Martin’s House, Danish bakery Ole & Steen, and the re-launch of Seven Dials Market’s Cucumber Alley.
