Pop-up Homeslice Pizza to open permanent site

Homeslice Pizza is to open its first permanent restaurant in Convent Garden next month after successfully running a pop-up sire there.

The concept, which is run by chef Ry Jessup and business partner Mark Wogan (son of Sir Terry Wogan), will be located in the historical Neals Yard offering simple pizzas with a focus on quality ingredients in a 50-seater restaurant. Five selections will be offered daily with combinations such as artichoke and courgette with fresh lemon and parsley or bone marrow, fire roasted spring onion and watercress. The classic Margarita will be a constant on the menu.

Most recently, Homeslice has been a pop-up at cutting edge food destination The Filling Station in Kings Cross.

Homeslice has valued a slice of pizza, a pint or a ‘from the magnum’ glass of wine at £4; where as whole pizzas will be available at £20. Both will be available to eat-in or take away.
