The co-founders of restaurant group Giraffe have announced their resignation from the company.
Juliette and Russel Joffe (pictured) launched the brand in 1998 with Andrew Jacobs, growing the firm to 60 sites.
In March 2013, Tesco acquired Giraffe for £50m and the deal included the co-founders staying on, with Russel Joffe as managing director.
Andrew Jacobs is to continue to be involved with Giraffe.
