Ed's Easy Diner has raised £14m to fund the expansion of its chain of 31 restaurants to 50 sites.
Ed’s in mid-2009 was a small company operating three diners, and has been built to a business operating 31 sites with 4 'Shake' and 'Shakes ‘N’ Dogs' stands, located across the country.
Stephen Greene led a £1.75m buyout of Ed’s Easy Diner five years ago.
