Sadler’s Wells launches new summer menu

Sadler’s Wells has released its new summer menu for delegates, with a specific focus on using seasonal ingredients to make the most of the warmer months.

The refreshed menu at Sadler’s Wells includes a variety of packages that are precisely tailored to suit diverse needs for a range of meetings and events.

For healthy breakfast meetings, Sadler’s Wells is offering four packages with dishes ranging from Greek yoghurt with granola and honey (pictured), toasted English muffin with smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado, Bircher muesli with cherries, pomegranate and hazelnuts alongside an array of traditional freshly baked breakfast rolls.

For delegates holding lunchtime meetings the menu focuses on a high proportion of vegetarian options whilst using seasonal ingredients to create a mixture of lunch time favourites including sandwiches filled with roasted red pepper, basil, mozzarella and rocket, grilled halloumi, tomato and tzatziki and smoked chicken Caesar.

The working lunch can also be enhanced with an assortment of cold meats and a selection of seasonal savoury tarts including asparagus and parmesan and smoked salmon, dill and crème fraiche. To freshen delegates’ palates, a bowl of seasonal fruit is also provided. Hot fork buffet, bowl food and canapé options are also available upon request.

Sadler’s Wells has also created a series of highly popular break time packages which focus on giving delegates a quick stop to help them refuel. The packages include the Energy Boost Break, Chocoholic Break and the Great British Break Off, which incorporate meeting favourites such as dark chocolate brownies, granola bars, baked custard tarts and a selection of Twinings tea. Smoothie break options have also proved popular, with choices including carrot with apple and ginger and banana with soya milk and honey.

Kelly McGibney, Events Executive (Corporate) at Sadler’s Wells, commented, “At Sadler’s Wells, we pride ourselves on being able to offer delegates a diverse range of mouth-watering and delectable menus, which take into account dietary and cultural requirements.

'With summer here, it’s been exciting to develop dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. We always have a positive response to our meeting menus and we hope the response continues to grow with the introduction of these new packages.”

The meetings menu packages are ideal for medium to large-sized groups and go hand-in-hand with team-building events and conferences. For delegates looking for a formal seated menu, Sadler’s Wells offers a bespoke service to suit all requirements. With a variety of function rooms to choose from, the venue provides a stimulating cultural backdrop for professional events of all sizes.
