Stevie Parle's Pastaio is to move beyond Soho, having signed up for a long-term residency at Giant Robot, Street Feast’s eating and drinking rooftopia at Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf.
Like the year-old Soho restaurant, the menu will serve up classic dishes like Cacio e pepe bucatini (pasta with cheese and pepper), but there will also be new exclusive creations such as Deep fried n’duja & mozarella dish (mozzarella with spicy Italian sausage).
The infamous alcoholic slushies, like Lemon Presecco, will be available, with seasonal additions such as Mulled Wine & Brandy Slushy.
To finish on a sweet note, there will be Pear, hazelnut & thyme tart, Chocolate & almond caprese, Tiramisu, and various ice creams and sorbets.
The new eatery will offer a Click and Collect service so customers can pre-order, pre-pay, and collect their food at a chosen time.
