From 1 December, Farmer J will be launching a weekend ‘Build Your Own’ brunch at the recently opened all-day restaurant on King William Street.
Known for bringing the best of the fields to the City, Farmer J will invite guests to create their own feast from a selection of favourites, enjoyed alongside bottomless bubbles or brunch cocktails.
Brunch-goers can take their pick of three, five or seven dishes from the Farmer J selection, which includes The Shak, baked runny eggs with radish chilli salad, feta and laffa bread and the hearty Charred Flank Steak with green tahini. Other dishes from the field include Grilled Greens with chimichurri and Sweet Potato and Butternut Harissa Smash.
Those with a sweet tooth will also be catered for with decadences such as the indulgent Loaded Banana Bread, warm banana bread with a tahini drizzle topped with fresh banana or the Pumpkin Pancake with apple compote.
Throughout the morning, Farmer J baristas will be on hand to wake diners up with freshly brewed coffee from Redemption Roasters, with unlimited refills throughout breakfast. For those in the party spirit, bottomless booze can be added to the brunch with either ever flowing bubbles or one of Farmer J’s brunch cocktails, which include the punchy Harissa Bloody Mary and the seasonal Bellini.
For guests who may still be recovering from the night before there will be smoothies blitzed to order including the Cacao Power, almond milk, almond butter, peanut butter, tahini and date syrup, and the Hale Kale, coconut water, pineapple, apple, kale, ginger & lemon.
