CPL Learning launches new Aspire channel for hospitality professionals

CPL Learning, the learning & development partner to the hospitality sector, has launched their brand-new Aspire channel for hospitality team members.

Aspire is the home of a wide range of free inspirational content aimed at helping those in hospitality to develop both personally and professionally.

Covering a wide range of topics, individuals can attend webinars, access a library of unique video content, read inspirational blogs and more.

Jamie Campbell, Chief Operating Officer, said, 'Throughout this year, we have been committed to supporting hospitality professionals across the UK. When the pandemic took hold, we knew we had a part to play in keeping teams engaged and motivated.

'We saw a huge demand for our learning resources, and those working in hospitality expressed their desire for more opportunities to learn and develop.

'We committed during the last lockdown to continue to make learning accessible to all and Aspire is the latest development to ensure we make that happen.'

Those interested can join the panel on Wednesday, 25 November 10:00-11:00am as they talk mental health in hospitality, how to support your teams during lockdown, and keeping lines of communication open. With CPL Learning’s Director of Education, Martin Hilton, Peter Abbott from mental health organisation The Mind Map and Dom Jones from popular north-west restaurant group, Maray.

Campbell added, 'Mental health wellbeing is so crucially important and when the second set of lockdown restrictions was announced we immediately knew this was an area we could support.'
