Restaurant operator and sauces manufacturer, Dylan’s is setting up its own kitchen and production unit to drive its retail side while also revealing it has identified three potential sites in Conwy for a new eatery.
Dylan’s has been struggling to keep up with demand from customers for its sauces and condiments, putting pressure on its restaurants in Menai Bridge and Criccieth.
This has seen the firm take on a 3,000 sq ft unit in Llangefni with support from Anglesey council, which will now be used to drive the retail side and also supply the restaurants.
