Thai Leisure Group has opened a new Thaikhun street food restaurant in Nottingham - the first for the brand in the Midlands, following success in Manchester, Aberdeen, Oxford and Cambridge.
The 4,761 sq ft site is situated in intu’s Victoria shopping centre, within the newly developed two story dining area. The new outlet has 195 covers and has created 50 full and part time jobs.
Offering an interactive dining experience and authentic Asian flavours, Thaikhun is expected to bring something completely different to the city.
Thai Leisure Group has also appointed Ian Leigh, who was previously Group Operations Director, as the new Managing Director as owners and co-founders, Martin Stead and Kim Kaewkriakhot, become joint chair-people.
