Marco Pierre White is to open a brand new an Italian cafe and restaurant concept, Bardolino, on the top floor of the 25-storey Birmingham building, The Cube, this June.
Bardolino, which will be housed next door to The Club And Spa health club, will be a more casual dining experience serving up traditional Italian cafe classics, as well as a variety of pasta dishes and pizzas.
The chef-restauranteur already has an eatery at The Cube, as he launched Marco Pierre White Steakhouse (pictured), also on the top floor, in 2012.
The Cube is a 25-storey development which houses a mix of prime office, retail and restaurant spaces, aspirational apartments, a boutique hotel, exclusive canal side restaurants, skyline champagne bar, luxury spa facilities, and the UK’s largest automated car park.
