Optimum group, the Liverpool-based Costa Coffee franchise brand has opened a further three outlets in the area taking its portfolio to 17 sites.
The new sites are located in the St Pauls Square and Allerton areas of Liverpool and then Sale near Manchester. Yorkshire Bank and Optimum have jointly invested £1m in the trio of new sites which are expected to create 50 jobs, adding to a 190-strong payroll and taking group turnover from £6m to £7m.
Optimum, which was founded 15 years and has now been a Costa franchise for seven years, is looking to continue its growth strategy with further outlets expected to open within the next 12 months.
