Casual dining group Coal Grill & Bar has opened its ninth restaurant at the £250m Southwater development in Telford town centre.
The group has invested over £700k in the new restaurant which will cater for over 100 diners.
CEO John Gater said, “We consider our locations carefully when opening a new restaurant. The location of our latest restaurant opening in Telford provides us with the perfect mix of shopping and leisure facilities.”
He added, 'We have experienced great success in opening in locations with a combination of the two which provides a platform for trading across the day.'
'We have a further six restaurants due to open in 2015 taking the total number of units to 16.”
The group plans to open restaurants in Swindon, Bedford Riverside, Manchester City Centre and Bromley South within the next year.
