Officina 00 launches delivery menu today

Today, Executive Chef Elia Sebregondi and Director Enzo Mirto is launching a new delivery menu at their restaurant Officina 00, near Old Street, London, available for collection at the restaurant or delivery via Deliveroo.

Featuring an all-new selection of dishes, the menu brings together a series of traditional dishes designed to be enjoyed al fresco with little to no preparation or cutlery.

In keeping with the restaurant’s focus on showcasing regional Italian recipes, prepared from scratch every day, the Officina 00 Al Parco menu has been developed around simple but impressive seasonal staples from all across Italy.

A showcase of Sebregondi's passion and talent for simple dishes, made from scratch, the picnic menu features a selection of freshly prepared Italian essentials – breads, cheeses, cured meats alongside a variety of pasta dishes, featuring the restaurants signature handmade pasta, which is prepared freshly every day in the workshop at the front of the restaurant.

The Al Parco picnic box for two is priced at £45 and starts with home-made sourdough rosemary focaccia; fried Cacio e Pepe raviolio; Burrata with white asparagus, walnuts and pink peppercorns and a trio of aubergine & Nduja croquettes.

The main event features a section of signature Officina 00 pasta dishes – including Corzetti – a Liurgian variety of pasta with wild mushroom, fennel sausage and parsley; Cavatelli, padron peppers, almond pesto and crispy coppa. To finish, Elia has also reworked a takeaway version of their much-loved Tiramisu` Corretto –a signature dessert at the restaurant, made to a closely guarded secret recipe passed down from his Grand Nonna.

With an eye on drinks, co-founder Enzo has devised an all-new menu offering DIY Amaro Spritz - a southern take on the classic aperol spritz featuring Amaro Montenegro and Fever Tree tonic. The team have also sourced a selection of Italian summer wines -available in half bottles these include three signature wines from the Veneto region - including a white Soave, Valpolicella and NV Prosecco.

To accompany the Al Parco boxes, the team have also updated their delivery menu, to feature seasonal Italian summer dishes such as Bull’s Heart tomato salad, anchovies, capers and basil; house made Salumi - Coppa, Mortadella and Ventriciana as well as individual dishes from the picnic boxes.
