'For us, it’s all about getting to know the locals, integrating in village life, and listening to what our guests want. We know the pub has been missed in its brief closure but i’m excited to welcome everyone back through the doors.

'Everyone is going to love the revamp and fantastic new menus – especially with Christmas just around the corner.”

Renowned for its fabulous food and drinks, guests visiting The George will welcome a much improved, devoted dining space that creates intimate and inviting areas that cater for groups of all sizes and perfectly complement the cuisine.

Launching with a fresh new menu, featuring quintessential pub classics like hearty beef and ale pie alongside more decadent dishes like lamb short rib that are sure to leave guests spoilt for choice and raring to return.

Punch Senior Operations Manager Sarah Edmunds noted, “Punch is incredibly proud to have invested in such a fantastic pub.

'The investment has really enhanced the pubs look and feel to make it a really luxurious place for all to enjoy. We’re sure the local community and visitors to the area will be equally as pleased and enjoy all Kerry and Simon have to offer here for many years to come.”
