Cooks & Partners has secured a five-year contract with St Albans Museum + Gallery to operate the venue’s café and oversee all events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and board meetings.
The free-to-visit museum and gallery is housed in a historic Georgian building, once the Town Hall, featuring a rotating schedule of exhibitions alongside permanent displays.
Founded in 1998, Cooks & Partners has added St Albans Museum + Gallery to its expanding client portfolio, which also includes the Postal Museum, Café North Lodge with the Royal Parks, Cooks Kitchen at Wimbledon Park, and Lumiere London.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Farhana Begum, head of St Albans Museums, said: “We are thrilled to announce this new catering partnership and cannot wait for Cooks & Partners to bring their passion and creativity to our café and catering, enhancing the visitor experience for everyone who walks through our doors.'
Director of Cooks and Partners, Simon Goggin, added: “My trusted team and I look forward to working with the team at St Albans Museum + Gallery on providing an excellent catering offer and creating memorable experiences for all. We pride ourselves on our bespoke approach and our high-quality delivery of beautiful events, contracts and fixed café sites. After all, a well-run partnership is a force to be reckoned with, and we look forward to nurturing this new partnership.
“Now in our 26th year of business we are ever so proud to be expanding to Hertfordshire, and calling St Albans home, and part of the Cooks & Partners family.”
